Tiny Daisy tea is a distinctive scented green tea produced by combining high quality wild green tea from the northern mountainous region with the winter flowering tiny daisy flowers (chrysantemum moriflorum) that grow along the Red River close to Hanoi.
The tea is produced by minority families in the high mountain and we transport this to Hanoi for blending by Ms Ngo in Hanoi using the small flowers that are abundant for a short period between late December and early February each year. The tea and flower petals are infused over 24 hours until the fragrant aroma has been absorbed.
